Gosh is two days up already?
Don't remember if I bought anything...cherries from hofsteads for our hike $4.
Natasha, Shane, Butter and I set out to do Vedder mountain. I forgot to read the directions in advanced and noticed slightly before hand, after it was to late that it said "4x4 recommended" it should have read "monster truck mandatory"
There was NO WAY our car could make it. We walked 2.5 km uphill to the start of the train. 2 km in however shane backed out...poor tash. We did the 5.5 km up the hill, had lunch and did the 8.5 back down (because shane didn't bother coming up at all to pick us up...the car couldn't take it)
After this we all went home and showered, we were sooo dehydrated . Shane slept (after we fought) and I went to the store for dinner (hotdogs, that were so! good! I hadn't had a bbqed hotdog for years) and corn and elderflower spritzers.
Grandma and grandpa had invited us over to talk about buying their house from them through a rent-to-own but it wasn't going to work out for us because of shane going back to school. Then we brought tash home and she and i left for island 22....
We had planned to camp in a field off island 22 but upon arrival saw that it was taken over by cows so we chose instead to camp in a field just off the path. It was really gorgeous, and the sun setting and stars and the sound of the wind in the trees were just so amazing!
The moon woke me up it was so bright shining through the trees. We woke up around 7 and left right away. We went out for breakfast at the wellington which wasn't very good but not to bad either. $32 Went and hung out with mom and then went and found some really pretty fabric for an apron, to reupholster the office chair and for cushion covers all for $35! I came home and started sewing the apron. Basically I suck by making the whole project way to hard.
At 2:30 I went and got my hair cut $32.
When shane came home we went to the Abbotsford Agrifair which was a nice date, quite expensive but fun. $ 45
On our way home shane made me stop at micheals and we bought a embroidery pillow case that I saw in the states but didn't buy (for $10!) This whole project cost $35. OMG I almost had a heart attack but he insisted. We drove home and caught poops on the couch (grr) and then went for a really nice walk where it was decided that not all tattoos are retarded as I previously thought shane thought.
